Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at 5playaquatics.co.uk.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of receiving your purchase. Please contact us to obtain returns authorisation before sending your item, or we will be unable to process your refund.

The product must be unopened in its original cellophane wrapper, and undamaged. There will be a 35% restocking fee deducted from your original purchase price.

Discount items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs to return an item. Postage costs can be obtained here:

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund, minus our postage costs. This is usually £15.50 per item.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or returned after 14 calendar days have passed since you received your item, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If you simply wish to cancel your order, you may do this at any time before it leaves our premises. However, if your order has been dispatched you will need to return it to us under the conditions of the unused items policy above.
